3. Conditions de paiement

• Our service pricing starts at US$ 7,000 for basic GoHighLevel setup, standard automations, and simple funnels.
• Payment must be made upfront before the commencement of any service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payments via Stripe, Payoneer, and ACH transfers.
• Payment through Stripe incurs an extra charge of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction and Payoneer incurs an extra charge of $50 per transaction.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Politique de non-remboursement

• You may not copy, distribute, or replicate our proprietary workflows, automation strategies, or integrations without prior permission.

7. Outils et intégrations tiers

• Our services often include integrations with GoHighLevel, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other third-party tools.
• We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of third-party providers.
• Any issues arising from third-party software must be addressed with the respective provider.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee specific results from our GoHighLevel implementations.
• Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the respective service.

• By using our services, you grant us the right to reference your project as a portfolio item unless requested otherwise.

10. Résiliation des services

• A client violates these Terms and Conditions.
• There is non-payment or fraudulent activity.
• We determine that continued service is not feasible.

11. Droit applicable et résolution des litiges

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico.
• Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in the state of New Mexico.
